An ideal base for cycling, walking and exploring the Peak District, we are on the doorstep of Leek and Ashbourne, with Alton Towers theme park just a 10 minute drive away.

We are perfectly located for you to enjoy a diverse range of interests and activites.

On our doorstep we have stunning dales and magical woodland walks, cosy pubs, historical market towns and picturesque villages. For the more energetic, we have rock climbing, abseiling, sailing, canoeing, cycling and many more.

Let your dogs off the leash along the 8.5 mile traffic free Monsal Trail or scrabble up The Roaches to enjoy the dramatic Staffordshire Moorlands scenery.

For an exciting and fantastic day out with the kids, Alton Towers theme park is a short 10 minute drive away, or maybe try the UK’s No.1 indoor aqua park, Waterworld which is just 16 miles away.
